G2 Sports is operated by HUGO TECH TRADING LIMITED (鴻德貿易有限公司), a Hong Kong company (“we”). We provide sports news, scores, and match information through our website and mobile app.
If you create an account, we collect your username and password, and any optional phone number, preset avatar, or sport preferences you provide. If you contact support, we collect the message you send. We also collect basic technical logs (app version, IP address, and timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.
We use this information to provide news and match features, remember your preferences, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for tracking or advertising.
The app and website may store a login token and display preferences on your device (including UserDefaults / local storage).
The app is a WebView client of our HTTPS API at coegogo.com. We do not embed advertising SDKs. Payment processors are not used in the App Store edition of G2 Sports.
G2 Sports is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
In the app, open Me and choose Delete account. You can also request deletion by contacting us at the support address below. We will delete or anonymize account data unless we must retain it for legal or security reasons.
